The conference was chaired by Mr Cheng Yangwen, assistant president of CPRRA, and guests from Yijiuqingshen Environmental Protection, CARBIOS, Yutian Biology, Zhejiang Beauty, Chengfa Technology, Tiancheng New Materials, Jiangxi Yihan shared their feelings.

Zheng Rongsheng, head of Yijingqingshen environmental protection, delivered a speech on the theme of "Flying Ants X Clothing deep sustainable development Solutions Company". According to Zheng Rongsheng, Flying Ant X Yijiuqingshen old clothes environmental protection recycling platform has covered about 5000, service users 3000w+, annual recycling amount 10W +, with independent research and development of recycling system - can be exported to the society's recycling capacity and system; The direction of deep exploration is the development of textile component identification system, textile color database, disinfection equipment development, textile clothing accessories automatic sorting system, waste textile recycling industry database and traceability system development.

Zhang Xuan Lei, Vice President of CARBIOS China, delivered a speech on the topic of "PET waste" : "Everything comes! Carbios Enzymatic recycling Technology Sets off a New Revolution". Zhang Xuan Lei said that CARBIOS is an important part of the plastics and textile industry to truly realize circular economy. Ms. Zhang introduced the audience to CARBIOS's innovative prefabrication line, advantages in waste textile recycling, and an overview of the current project. By enabling fiber-to-fiber recycling, Carbios's technology will enable textile brands to meet their sustainability commitments and reduce their reliance on old bottles.

Jiang Gangwen, co-founder/Marketing Director of Yutian Biology, delivered a speech on the theme of Enzymatic Regeneration and Industrialization of Rb-PET plastics. "Relying on the rational design of enzymes and the composition of enzyme library, the development of the whole process package of enzyme catalysis, the enzyme engineering technology platform based on the application of enzyme catalysis in biological manufacturing, through multiple process iterations, a variety of raw materials testing, gradually formed the advantages of matrix technology group, based on the three dimensions of product quality, production cost, carbon footprint, from basic research to 10,000-ton scale. Finally, the closed-loop recovery of Fiber to fiber is realized.

Beauty's business covers more than 30 countries and regions around the world, and more than 100 brands have carried out sustainable cooperation with Beauty, completing the differentiated application layout of chemically recycled polyester products from recycled DMT, recycled slicing to recycled fibers. Jiang Chunlong said that textile recycling is an important strategy for the future supply of recycled raw materials in the textile industry.

Huang Hao, assistant chairman of Chengfa Technology, delivered a speech on the theme of "Opening a new track of PET chemical recycling". Chengfa Technology independently innovates PET chemical depolymerization technology, opens a new recycling track, and performs decolorization and impurity removal at the molecular level to obtain BHET monomer, realizing molecular-level closed-loop recycling. r-BHET is polymerized into r-PET, and the quality is equal to that of the original PET, achieving a sustainable cycle. Huang Hao detailed the industrial planning of Chengfa Technology, the first phase of Chengfa technology annual production of 100,000 tons r-BHET project has been started in October 2024, the next three years will build a total of 600,000 tons of annual production capacity.

Xie Xiaohan, General manager of Taolan China, delivered a speech on the theme of "Intelligent Sorting helps textile Regeneration". Xie Xiaohan introduced Taolan's new generation of sorting equipment, which can distinguish different components and content of waste spinning, enhance the value, and truly achieve the recycling of fiber to fiber. Xie Xiaohan also shared the overview of the Taolan fabric sorting demonstration project.

Xu Xinghua, chairman of Tiancheng New Materials Co., LTD., delivered a speech on the theme of "90,000 tons of recycled textile slices to recycled polyvinegar and downstream integrated development Road". Tiancheng New Materials is an enterprise that produces multi-functional modified PET using waste textiles. Xu Xinghua shared the production process of recycled slicing of Tiancheng New materials, downstream applications and the company's integrated development strategy, and discussed the current environmental and economic benefits and future development trends.

Zeng Huanxiang, assistant to the chairman of Jiangxi Yihan Fiber Co., LTD., delivered a speech on the theme of "Resource Recycling: From polyester cloth strips to chips, filament, polyester fiber project", introducing the background and significance of the project, recycled polyester chip preparation technology, recycled polyester fiber preparation technology, product quality control and energy saving measures. The Yichan project successfully built a polyester strip recycling network, realized the efficient collection and classification of cloth strips, and made the quality of recycled polyester fibers close to that of native fibers by optimizing the process parameters.
