Zhang Xuan Lei said that CARBIOS is an important part of the plastics and textile industry to truly realize circular economy. Ms. Zhang introduced the audience to CARBIOS's innovative prefabrication line, advantages in waste textile recycling, and an overview of the current project. Huang Hao, assistant chairman of Chengfa Technology, delivered a speech on the theme of "Opening a new track of PET chemical recycling". Chengfa Technology independently innovates PET chemical depolymerization technology, opens a new recycling track, and performs decolorization and impurity removal at the molecular level to obtain BHET monomer, realizing molecular-level closed-loop recycling. r-BHET is polymerized into r-PET, and the quality is equal to that of the original PET, achieving a sustainable cycle. Huang Hao detailed the industrial planning of Chengfa Technology, the first phase of Chengfa technology annual production of 100,000 tons r-BHET project has been started in October 2024, the next three years will build a total of 600,000 tons of annual production capacity.

Xu Xinghua, chairman of Tiancheng New Materials Co., LTD., delivered a speech on the theme of "90,000 tons of recycled textile slices to recycled polyvinegar and downstream integrated development Road". Tiancheng New Materials is an enterprise that produces multi-functional modified PET using waste textiles. Xu Xinghua shared the production process of recycled slicing of Tiancheng New materials, downstream applications and the company's integrated development strategy, and discussed the current environmental and economic benefits and future development trends.
Zeng Huanxiang, assistant to the chairman of Jiangxi Yihan Fiber Co., LTD., delivered a speech on the theme of "Resource Recycling: From polyester cloth strips to chips, filament, polyester fiber project", introducing the background and significance of the project, recycled polyester chip preparation technology, recycled polyester fiber preparation technology, product quality control and energy saving measures. The Yichan project successfully built a polyester strip recycling network, realized the efficient collection and classification of cloth strips, and made the quality of recycled polyester fibers close to that of native fibers by optimizing the process parameters.
