Recycled Materials Primary Cycle Forum
Mr Wang Wang, China Plastics Reuse and Recycle Association, delivered a speech on the topic of "Data Analysis of Recycled Materials Used in food contact Industry in China", through the detailed data collected and collated by experts and staff of Data Research Department of China Synthetic Resin Association. From the aspects of food contact plastic packaging, containers, tableware, electrical appliances, etc., the output, usage and recycling amount of food contact plastic in different application scenarios are introduced. It is pointed out that the annual consumption amount of food contact plastic in China exceeds 10 million tons, the recycling amount is more than 7 million tons, and the recovery rate is about 70%. Finally, suggestions on the primary recycling of domestic food contact plastics are put forward from seven aspects: top design, source design, recovery control, transport process control, public opinion guidance and control of recycling enterprises.

Lu Chao, Professor and Doctoral supervisor of Beijing University of Chemical Technology/Zhengzhou University, gave a speech on the topic of "Rapid Analysis of the Service life Prediction of Plastic Products to the proportion of recycled materials Added in products", briefly introduced the review articles of "Whole Life Cycle Evaluation of Polymer Materials" published by his research group in the top journal Chemical Reviews. Then, the representative work of the research group, innovative detection methods and cutting-edge science and technology were introduced from four aspects: early fluorescence detection and process monitoring of polymer aging, free radical chemiluminescence monitoring and path regulation of polymer aging, industrial application of fluorescence analysis of polymer aging early, rapid analysis of the proportion of recycled materials added to products.
