Hangzhou Benma signed an agreement with Ambercycle to jointly produce "T2T recycled polyester staple fiber"

Ambercycle is an ecosystem for circular textiles. Its molecular regeneration technology can transform discarded textiles into high-quality recycled polyester. Hangzhou Benma Chemical Fiber Spinning Co., Ltd. cooperates with Ambercycle to apply this advanced recycling technology to production, promote the transformation of the textile industry from the traditional linear economic model to the circular economic model , and achieve efficient use of resources and sustainable development.

On January 7, Hangzhou Benma Chemical Fiber Spinning Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Benma") officially held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony with Ambercycle of the United States, jointly committed to promoting the large-scale production of cycora® recycled polyester staple fiber.

Cycora® recycled polyester is Ambercycle 's first high-end material solution using waste textiles as raw materials. This cooperation will introduce Cycora® into the Chinese value chain, aiming to expand the global influence of the Cycora® brand by producing high-quality recycled short fibers to meet the growing global demand for sustainable fibers and reduce dependence on virgin resources.

Cooperation signing

At the ceremony, Benma General Manager Zhou Liying and Ambercycle Global Supply Chain Development Director Matthew Iezzi signed the cooperation agreement on behalf of both parties , which deeply combined advanced manufacturing and cutting-edge recycling technology and promoted the arrival of a new era of T2T waste-spinning recycled polyester staple fibers.

At the ceremony, Benma Chairman Xu Guoliang and Ambercycle co-founder and CEO Mr. Shay Sethi jointly unveiled the Benma & Ambercycle " Recycled Polyester Staple Fiber Joint R&D and Production Base " was officially launched.

In the future, Bellamy and Ambercycle will continue to deepen their cooperation and promote the development of T2T waste-spun recycled polyester staple fiber in the direction of multi-field, high quality and low carbon footprint, paving the way for creating more environmentally friendly fibers for global textiles.
