Investing 1.2 billion yuan! AiBoLu builds a "super factory" for disassembling and recycling renewable resources

Shenzhen Aibolu Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. , as China's largest waste home appliance recycling platform, recently announced that it will invest in a large-scale renewable resource disassembly and recycling project in Fang County, Shiyan City, Hubei Province. The total investment of the project is as high as 1.2 billion yuan , aiming to further expand its business in the field of renewable resource recycling by building multiple advanced production lines.

Project Details

Guangchun , co-founder and vice president of Aibolu , the project will mainly build the following production lines: Large appliance recycling and disassembly line: Build a new production line for recycling and disassembly of 1.5 million large appliances, covering the disassembly of various large household appliances. Air-conditioning compressor disassembly deep processing line: Build a deep processing production line for disassembly of 80,000 large appliances (air-conditioning compressors) to further enhance the added value of disassembly products. Waste plastic recycling and processing line: Build a new recycling and processing line for 50,000 tons of waste plastics to effectively process and reuse waste plastic resources.

Annual output value of the project

Project Economic Benefits After the project reaches full production, the annual output value is expected to reach 10.6 billion, and the tax contribution can reach 600 million. Among them, the 80,000-ton copper dismantling project will invest equipment and funds in early March, and recruit workers to enter the production stage. The annual output value of the project is expected to reach 700 million yuan, and the tax revenue will reach 60 million yuan. Project Progress and Planning At present, the copper dismantling part of the project has entered the production preparation stage, and the base construction of the 1.5 million waste home appliance dismantling project will also start in March. The construction period of the entire project is expected to be half a year, and it is expected to be officially put into production in the second half of 2025.

AiBoLv's renewable resource disassembly and recycling project in Fang County, Shiyan will not only bring considerable economic benefits and tax contributions to the local area, but will also further promote the development of regional circular economy. The implementation of the project will help increase the recycling rate of waste home appliances and waste plastics, reduce environmental pollution, and promote the sustainable use of resources. At the same time, the construction of the project will also create a large number of employment opportunities for the local area and drive the development of related industrial chains.

Green Recycling Resource Sorting Center

On December 3, 2024, the Ministry of Commerce held a special press conference on improving the modern commercial circulation system and promoting the high-quality development of the wholesale and retail industry. It was proposed to promote the implementation of the "Five-Year Special Plan for the High-Quality Development of the National Supply and Marketing Cooperatives Renewable Resources Recycling and Utilization Network System (2024-2028)" and accelerate the implementation of the "815" project, namely, cultivating and expanding about 80 backbone enterprises, building 10,000 standardized and normalized recycling sites, and creating 500 green sorting centers.
